At SpecialEyes, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes circumstances may lead to the need for a refund or return. Please take a moment to review our policy, which outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns and refunds.

 1. Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn condition and free from any signs of wear or damage. This includes the eyeglass frames and lenses.

2. Time Frame for Returns:

You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Return Authorization:

Prior to returning any items, you must contact our customer service team to request authorization for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Prescription Lenses:

We are unable to accept returns for prescription lenses, as they are customized to your specific requirements. However, if there is an issue with your prescription lenses, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Items that show signs of wear or damage.

6. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

7. Refunds:

After we receive and review your return, we'll email you to confirm its receipt. You will also be informed about the acceptance or denial of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

8. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your eyewear for a different item, please contact our customer service team to request authorization for your exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

9. Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects with your eyewear, please contact our customer service team to discuss the warranty claim process.
